Yoga for Beginners & Improvers - Focus on Alignment and breath. The practice of the foundational building blocks of Yoga that support a safe and nurturing practice.
Level 1 - Weekly yoga practice that explores key principles in yoga:
Breath & Movement
Form & Alignment
Strength & Flexibility
Ideal for anyone who wishes to explore the basics, prevent common mis-alignment in poses, refine transitions and establish a solid foundation for a steady development of practice.
Expect level 1 poses and progressive sequencing.
Mix Level Asana Practice - Alignment based class, focus on breath, movement and awareness. Variations of asana and progression are given to suit every level. The intend is to help explore and cultivate different qualities, refine skills and an ever-new approach to the practice of Yoga. The Sequence is always different.
The Resilience Practice - Level 2 Yoga class.
45 minutes of strength building asana and exercises to help cultivate endurance, muscle tone, core stability and integration.
Followed by a 30 minute Quietude practice that includes hip openers, breath work and meditation.
Sequence changes every week
The Quietude Practice - A class specifically designed to help quiet the mind and sooth the nerves. Variation of Restorative poses, breathing techniques and guided meditations.
