Wednesdays, 7:30pm-8:45pm @ LITTLE BIRD YOGA It's time to get strong! This course is for anyone who wants to increase core and functional strength and physical stability. Every week will offer strengthening exercises using resistance flexibility, isometric exercises, and yoga asana .
